2017 GOLDEN STATE CHAMPIONS
The Golden State Warriors are once again NBA Champions. The team was heartbroken in 2016, losing in 7 games to the Cleveland Cavaliers. However, they were able to get revenge in 2017 winning the NBA Championship in 5 games!
Kevin Durant won the NBA Finals MVP. In addition, he was able to claim his first NBA ring in just his first season with Golden State. This marks the 5th NBA championship ring in the history of the Golden State Warriors and the 2nd in a 3 season stretch.
Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson led the Warriors to the NBA Championship in 2015. The duo was able to do the same in 2017 given the massive roster boost they were granted thanks to Kevin Durant.
By adding Kevin Durant, it can be argued that this Golden State Warriors team is the best. If, not one of the best teams to ever win an NBA Championship ring.
THE TEAMS’ DEDICATION FOR WINNING
The Warriors had to overcome a tough loss the year before to get to where they ended up in 2017.
The sacrifice and dedication involved to rebound from disappointment and return to glory should never be underestimated or underappreciated.
The best way to remember a fantastic season is with a Championship Ring.
As a result that is exactly what the 2017 NBA Champion Golden State Warriors received for their efforts!
Congratulations to the Golden State Warriors on winning the NBA Championship.
