The Laval Rouge et Or football team stands as a powerhouse representing Laval University in Quebec City, competing in Canadian Football under U Sports. Since its inaugural season in 1996, the program has rapidly established itself as a leading force in Canadian university football.
The Rouge et Or proudly holds a record 12 Vanier Cup Championships, with their latest triumph at the 59th Vanier Cup in 2024. As of June 2025, the team has secured an impressive total of 12 Vanier Cup titles, along with 8 Uteck Bowls, 5 Mitchell Bowls, 1 Churchill Bowl, 17 Dunsmore Cups, and 2 Hec Crighton award winners.
