Maryville University has earned first place in the 2021 Overwatch Collegiate Championship defeating Northwood University 3-2. Maryville’s Overwatch team secured their second consecutive victory in 2022, becoming Back-To-Back Champions.

They faced off against Northwood University in the final Championship match to claim the title.

3. Halo – 2022

The Halo World Championship serves as the final event and World Championship of the 2022 Competitive Season organized by 343 Industries. The Championship consisted of 5 rounds and a grand final. In the grand final matches, OpTic Gaming competed against Cloud9, with Cloud9 winning the first match (4-1).

However, OpTic took the Championship with a 4-0 victory in the grand finals. Cloud9 secured the second prize, and Native Red claimed the third prize.

Details of the 2022 Halo World Championship Ring:

Boise State won their fourth consecutive Mountain West Overwatch Champions title in 2024 with a 3-0 match sweep. This marks the fourth year in a row that the Broncos have achieved this victory, as the 2024 Overwatch Championship included the best of five matches.
