What’s the most memorable client story you’ve heard about receiving their championship ring?

Jessica: I honestly wish I could see every person or team open up the box to their Championship Ring for the first time. I mostly have to rely on pictures sent from my contact or social media posts.

My most memorable reveal is of a local football coach who came in to pick up the team’s Football Championship Rings. When he opened the ring box, he was like “WOW!” Put the ring on his finger and had tears in his eyes. He told me the story of their whole journey of how they won. It was very emotional and even brought tears to my eyes.

If you could deliver rings to any sports team or Championship event—past or present—who would it be and why?

Jessica: Past – RBC Canadian Open Championship – Rory McIlroy.

He’s my favourite that I’m always rooting for! Finally got his grand slam this year!

What’s one question about the rings themselves that clients always seem to ask you, and how do you love to answer it?

Jessica: When you tell a customer that their order is finished and ready to ship, and they ask, “What do they look like?” I get to say “AMAZING!! You’re going to LOVE IT!!”

What’s the most rewarding part of working at Baron®, especially when it comes to supporting teams and athletes?

Jessica: Getting to help be a part of showcasing athletes’ hard work and dedication with a Championship Ring that tells their story that they will treasure forever.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give a new member at Baron® to help them succeed in building strong client relationships?

Jessica: Be dependable, accountable and friendly ALWAYS.
