What’s the most memorable client story you’ve heard about receiving their Championship Ring?

Emma: While we don’t often hear detailed stories about teams receiving their Championship Rings, we regularly receive short messages from clients expressing how beautiful their custom-made Championship Rings are and how much their team appreciates them.

It’s incredibly rewarding to know how much these custom Championship Rings mean to our customers.

If you could deliver rings to any sports team or Championship event—past or present—who would it be and why?

Emma:  The Detroit Lions!

When they eventually win the Super Bowl (I like to stay hopeful), it would be a huge honour to present them with their Super Bowl Championship Rings. I would also like to keep one for myself, of course.

What’s one question about the rings themselves that clients always seem to ask you, and how do you love to answer it?

Emma: “How do they look?”

Once the rings are completed, teams often ask how theirs turned out. While account coordinators may not personally see every individual Championship Ring, I can confidently assure them of the quality each time, as Baron®’s craftsmanship consistently delivers outstanding results.

For the times we do get to see them, I am always happy to tell clients how beautiful their Championship Rings look, even if they didn’t ask!

What’s the most rewarding part of working at Baron®, especially when it comes to supporting teams and athletes?

Emma: The most rewarding aspect of working at Baron® is the opportunity to help commemorate the achievements of dedicated teams.

Each Championship Ring serves as a personalized trophy, symbolizing the hard work and commitment that went into earning their Championship.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give a new member at Baron® to help them succeed in building strong client relationships?

Emma: Be reliable and be real.

Creating a custom Championship Ring is a complex and collaborative journey, from initial ideas of a ring to the design of the ring, and then to the final product.

Custom-made Championship Rings cannot be made overnight, and even though customers are aware of that, they are still excited and want their products as soon as possible. Providing them with answers to their questions and updates on their orders ensures that they are always in the know of what is happening and when they can expect their order.
