August 27, 2025 — On October 15, 2024, the International Tennis Hall of Fame delivered exciting news by unveiling its new class of inductees! This year, three remarkable stars have earned their place among the elite, joining a prestigious family of 267 inductees from 28 countries.

The International Tennis Hall of Fame Class of 2025 includes:

• Maria Sharapova
• Bob Bryan
• Mike Bryan

The Class of 2025 was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame during a celebration in Newport, Rhode Island, from August 21 to 23, 2025.

This event marked a new era for the Hall of Fame, showcasing tennis culture through art, fashion, music, and more.

The International Tennis Hall of Fame President and 2017 inductee, Kim Clijsters, emphasized that the Class of 2025’s influence extends far beyond their on-court achievements.

Maria Sharapova

Maria Sharapova, an iconic figure in tennis, forged a remarkable legacy defined by historic achievements, unwavering resilience, and an undeniable global appeal. Born in Russia in 1987, she embarked on her journey in the U.S. at a young age, mentored by the legendary Nick Bollettieri.

Following a standout junior career, she lit up the professional scene in 2003 as the WTA Newcomer of the Year.

The very next year, at just 17, she captivated the world by winning Wimbledon, and later triumphed at the WTA Tour Finals against Serena Williams.

Throughout her career, Sharapova secured five Grand Slam singles titles—Wimbledon (2004), US Open (2006), Australian Open (2008), and Roland-Garros (2012, 2014)—making her one of just ten women in history to achieve a career Grand Slam.

• She held the World No. 1 ranking across five distinct periods
• Spent an impressive 408 weeks in the Top 5
• Claimed at least one WTA title for 13 consecutive years

Bob and Mike Bryan

Bob and Mike Bryan, identical twins from Camarillo, California, stand as paragons of success in ATP Tour history, having revolutionized men’s doubles through their extraordinary skill, synergy, and captivating showmanship.

Together, they achieved an unparalleled record of 16 Grand Slam doubles titles—including six Australian Opens, two Roland-Garros, three Wimbledons, and five US Opens—making them the only men’s doubles team in the Open Era to claim each major at least twice.

Their reign at No. 1 lasted an astounding 438 weeks, including a remarkable 139 consecutive weeks, while they secured a major title for 10 consecutive seasons (2005–2014).

Beyond the Slams, their dominance included:

• 119 ATP titles
• Four ATP Finals crowns
• The rare accolade of a Career Golden Slam with Olympic gold in 2012
