What’s the most memorable client story you’ve heard about receiving their Championship Ring?

Amanda: One of the most memorable client experiences I’ve been a part of was creating the 2023 Erie SeaWolves Championship Ring.

It was the first Minor League Baseball team I had the opportunity to work with, which made it especially meaningful.

Seeing the reactions from both the players and fans when the custom Baseball Championship Rings were revealed was truly incredible; it really showed me how much these moments mean to everyone involved.

If you could deliver rings to any sports team or Championship event—past or present—who would it be and why?

Amanda: If I could deliver Championship Rings to any team or event, it would be a Women’s Sports Championship, like the WNBA Finals.

The dedication and talent in women’s sports are incredibly inspiring, and being able to celebrate those achievements with a custom WNBA Championship Ring would be a true honour.

What’s one question about the rings themselves that clients always seem to ask you, and how do you love to answer it?

Amanda: One question about the Championship Rings that clients always ask is, “How long does the production process take?”

I enjoy answering this question because it allows me to explain the care and precision that goes into making each custom Championship Ring. While the process does take time, the final result is always worth the wait.

What’s the most rewarding part of working at Baron, especially when it comes to supporting teams and athletes?

Amanda: The most rewarding part of working at Baron® Championship Rings is being part of a process that celebrates meaningful achievements.

Contributing to something that represents hard work, dedication, and success is truly special. Seeing the client’s excitement and pride when they receive the final product makes it all incredibly fulfilling.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give a new member at Baron® to help them succeed in building strong client relationships?

Amanda: One key piece of advice I’d give a new team member at Baron® is to prioritize communication.

Building strong connections with both clients and teammates within the office is really important. It helps everyone stay aligned and makes the whole process smoother.
